Watch only shows time and a red lightening
My watch is not showing the clock face. if I press the lower button it will show the time and a red lighting symbol.

Your watch has a low battery charge level and has entered into Power Reserve mode.
This mode only displays the time when you press the side button, in order to retain this function for as long as possible.
To exit this mode, you will need to press and hold the side button. However, you may need to charge your watch first. Allow up to 2.5 hours for a full charge.
